Can I get help with my design?

What file format do I need?
Most production items prefer color separated Illustrator vector files. Convert all text to outlines. Contact us for help.
Can I get a mockup?
YES! Take advantage of our FREE mockup service – All you need to do is email us your vector artwork and let us know where you want us to place it, which item type and what color item. Please let us know any other information or if you want us to add text with the image. We’ll create the mockup and send it to you right away. Whether it’s for screen printing, embroidery, promotional products or a direct to garment print this is a great way to help you find the look you want.Feel free to ask any questions when you’re sending the artwork. Can I get a proof prior to production?
Proofs are available (additional fees may apply) for apparel screen printing and embroidery orders.
What is the turnaround time?
Standard turnaround time for most items up to 10 working days upon artwork approval. Rush orders are available. Please contact us for more information.
Do you offer shipping/delivery?
We offer free delivery / ground shipping within the US for custom screen printed and embroidered apparel services.
